South Suffolk Sheep were first imported into Australia in 1946 from N.Z
Having Hybrid Vigour from their fixed cross of the Southdown/Suffolk breeds
South Suffolk sired lambs are sought after for their quality tasting, fine grained lean meat
having good length of back and a high meat to fat ratio while having the British Breed seal
of quality.
